CONNECT25 will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2025. 

Check-in begins at 8:00 AM (CST). Doors to exhibition hall open at 9:00 AM. CONNECT25 opening remarks will follow at 9:30 AM. For a more detailed schedule please visit the Agenda tab. 

Please plan to arrive early as you will be required to pass through security before admittance.

Registration check-in will close at 1:00 PM; no one will be allowed to enter the event after this time.

CONNECT25 will be held at the Overland Park Convention Center (6000 College Boulevard, Overland Park, Kansas 66211).

We will livestream the event via a password protected platform for our clients unable to attend.  (This is an invitation-only event, closed to the media.)  The livestream option will end after “Signal or Noise?” session with Peter Mallouk & Charlie Bilello. The moderated conversation with President George W. Bush and President Bill Clinton will not be available via livestream. 

Our negotiated hotel block expired on August 15, 2025. Please email room requests to connect@creativeplanning.com including your arrival and departure date requests.

Please note: the Sheraton Overland Park is currently at capacity. 

Yes; if you can only attend the morning or afternoon portion, please complete the registration page as you would as a full-day guest. Please note, for security purposes, check-in will close at 1:00 PM. There will be no admittance to CONNECT25 after 1:00 PM.

Attendance is non-transferable.

No; the event is complimentary for Creative Planning clients with the exception of travel expenses.

You are welcome to wear comfortable clothing. We do suggest bringing a sweater or light jacket as the large venue is difficult to heat/cool to everyone’s comfort. See the Security tab for restrictions on what can be brought into the venue.

Parking is first-come, first-served at Overland Park Convention Center. Handicap parking is available in the garage. Overflow parking is available across the street in the Black and Veatch parking lot. Shuttle service will be available from the Creative Planning Headquarters (5454 W 110th St., Leawood, KS 66211).

We will provide a continental breakfast, a boxed lunch, and snacks and beverages throughout the day.

Please note your dietary restrictions when you register for CONNECT25. We will provide special meals upon request and work to accommodate everyone’s needs.

You can edit your registration. Please find your confirmation email, and follow the steps accordingly. You may update your registration through Thursday, August 15, 2025. After that date, in-person registration changes will no longer be accepted.

• Confirm your device is connected to the internet.
• Close all unnecessary open browser windows on your device.
• Confirm your device sound is turned on.
• Vimeo will automatically adjust your resolution based on your internet speed.
• Make sure other users on the same internet are not streaming or gaming - this could slow your feed.
• The password is case sensitive, please make sure you have typed it into the field correctly.
