Where is CONNECT24 held?
CONNECT24 will be held at the Overland Park Convention Center (6000 College Boulevard, Overland Park, Kansas 66211).
What time does CONNECT24 start?
Check-in begins at 7:30 AM (CST). Doors open at 8:00 AM. CONNECT24 opening remarks will follow at 8:30 AM. For a more detailed schedule please visit the Agenda tab.
Will the event be recorded or live-streamed?
We will live-stream the event via a password protected platform for our clients unable to attend. (This is an invitation-only event, closed to the media.)
Is there a hotel discount offered?
Unfortunately, the negotiated room rate has expired. Please see the Hotel tab to obtain more information on the hotel and how to book a room.
May I attend only a portion of the day?
Yes; if you can only attend the morning or afternoon portion, please complete the registration page as you would as a full-day guest.
Is there a cost to attend?
No; the event is complimentary for Creative Planning clients with the exception of travel expenses.
What is the recommended attire?
You are welcome to wear comfortable clothing. We do suggest bringing a sweater or light jacket as the large venue is difficult to heat/cool to everyone’s comfort.
Where can I park?
Parking is first-come, first-served at Overland Park Convention Center. Shuttle service will be available from the Creative Planning Headquarters (5454 W 110th St., Leawood, KS 66211).
Is there food at CONNECT24?
We will provide a continental breakfast, a boxed lunch, and snacks and beverages throughout the day.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please note your dietary restrictions when you register for CONNECT24. We will provide special meals upon request and work to accommodate everyone’s needs.
What if I have an accessibility restriction?
Please list all accessibility restrictions on your registration.
There is ample handicapped parking at the Overland Park Convention Center.
What if I need to make a change to my registration?
You can edit your registration. Please find your confirmation email, and follow the steps accordingly.

Registration closes on September 9, 2024.
